What can I expect from your customer service?+
Personal service starts with listening. We discuss your comfort concerns, explain the options and help you understand the recommended next step. Our approach puts quality, clear communication and respect for your property first.
What is the quickest way to reach you?+
Call or text (603) 275-1638. If we cannot answer, leave your name, town and a short description of the issue so we can follow up. Response and appointment times depend on availability. The website form is currently for preview testing.
What should I have ready when I request service?+
Share your town, whether the property is residential or commercial, the type of equipment and what you have noticed. If convenient, include a photo of the model label without opening or removing any equipment panels. This helps us prepare for a conversation about your needs.
Can one system heat my home and provide hot water?+
A combi-boiler combines space heating and domestic hot water in one appliance. Rinnai and Navien offer options in this category. Heating demand, simultaneous hot-water use and the existing system all need to be assessed before choosing a model.
Would a smart thermostat work with my system?+
ecobee smart thermostats offer app control and scheduling. Compatibility depends on your equipment, controls and wiring; some systems need a different control solution. We can discuss whether a compatible thermostat and optional room sensors fit your comfort goals.
What is a heat pump?+
A heat pump moves heat to provide heating or cooling. Ducted and ductless systems are available. The right choice depends on the building, the equipment’s capacity at local winter temperatures and your existing heating system.
When does a mini-split make sense?+
A ductless mini-split can be an option for additions, individual zones or spaces without existing ductwork. Room layout, insulation, equipment placement and electrical requirements all affect the design.
Why are some rooms less comfortable?+
Uneven temperatures can have several causes, including airflow, duct design, insulation, sunlight and system controls. Air balancing begins with an assessment rather than assuming the equipment needs to be replaced.
