How this website handles requests and questions.

Estimate and service requests

When you submit the form, we collect your name, email, phone number, town or ZIP code, request type and message. We use these details to respond, discuss your project and coordinate requested service. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment or enroll you in a marketing mailing list.

Requests are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare. A notification containing your request is sent through Zoho Mail to service@atmosxhvac.com. Records may remain in the request database and business mailbox for follow-up and service administration. There is currently no automatic deletion schedule.

Ask Atmosphere AI

Questions submitted to the assistant and up to six recent exchanges are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to generate a response. Recent exchanges are held in the current page’s memory, so the assistant can understand follow-up questions. Reloading or leaving the page clears that conversation; you can also use Start a new conversation. Our application does not automatically save chat questions or answers in its customer-request database. If you choose Request a callback, short chat notes are placed in a form for you to review and edit. When you submit that form, those notes and your contact details are stored and emailed to the service team like other requests. Contact details entered in that form are not sent to the AI assistant. Service providers may process technical information under their own policies. Do not include names, addresses, account details, payment information or other sensitive information in the chat.

The assistant provides general information and can make mistakes. It cannot diagnose equipment, book appointments or handle emergencies. For service, call (603) 275-1638.

Technical information and abuse prevention

Our hosting provider processes connection information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. The application uses temporary hashed identifiers derived from IP addresses to limit repeated form and chat requests. Expired rate-limit records are cleared during subsequent requests. We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics to the website.

Links and contact buttons

Manufacturer links take you to other websites with their own privacy practices. Call, text and email buttons open your device’s apps; those services handle the information you send through them. Product images are served from this website.

To ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted, email service@atmosxhvac.com or call (603) 275-1638. We may need to confirm your identity before changing or disclosing records. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing service or applicable obligations.
